Fill a Flat Terms and Conditions
Make a booking to fill a 6- or 7-bedroom flat with your friends for the academic year 26/27 with Bailrigg Student Living and receive one £500 Deliveroo voucher per flat on eligible bookings for Bailrigg Student Living.
To be eligible for the £500 Deliveroo Voucher, you must:
· Each complete the booking process and have reserved a full 6 or 7 bedroom flat by April 30th 2026.
· Each tenant of the house fulfil the terms of the tenancy agreement and pay your first instalment of rent.
· Each book an academic year tenancy, which is a minimum of 41 weeks in length.
· Check-in to the property at the start of the 2026/27 tenancy period.
1. For a booking to complete the qualifying customer must have accepted the terms and conditions of Bailrigg Student Living 2065/27 tenancy agreement, paid the deposit and any applicable cooling off or cancellation period must have expired without the customer giving Bailrigg Student Living notice of cancellation. Internet access is required. Bookings that complete after 23.59pm GMT on 30th April 2026 will not qualify for this incentive.
2. Rooms are subject to availability.
3. The offer excludes bookings for the 2026/27 academic year referred through a nomination agreement or a referral agreement or an agent.
4. If the customer does not check in to the property at the start of their 20265/27 tenancy period, they will forfeit entitlement to the voucher and will be liable for the full amount of the rent under the terms of their 2026/27 tenancy agreement.
5. One gift per household is permitted. The gift is personal to the house and is non-transferable.
6. Bailrigg Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
7. These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
8. Bailrigg Student Living reserves the right to withdraw or change this offer at any time.
9. Bailrigg Student Living will aim to provide the gift to you no later than 30 days after the terms of these conditions have been met and the whole household has moved in.
10. The offer will be deemed null and void if there are empty rooms within the flat.
11. If Bailrigg Student Living are unable to obtain the specified voucher they reserve the right to substitute it with an alternative up to the same value.
12. This offer relates to bookings at Bailrigg for the 2026/27 academic year.
13. This offer cannot be applied in conjunction with any other offer.
14. Bailrigg Student Living are not responsible for vouchers that are lost, stolen or damaged after being signed for by the resident.
16. This offer is open from 1st March 2026 at 9am to 30th April 2026 or until the gift limit has been met for this campaign.
