Rebookers receive £300 off rent
This promotion is managed and operated by Bailrigg Student Living and applies to 2025/26 academic applications only.
Definitions
‘Academic Stay’ means a student booking for the 2025/26 academic year.
‘Account number’ means the number assigned to you by the Bailrigg Student Living booking portal, also known as an entry ID.
‘Completed application’ means all parts of the application have been given to Bailrigg Student Living. These are:
one week’s advanced rent.
a signed licence agreement.
a verified right-to-rent check.
‘Licence agreement’ means the contract between Bailrigg Student Living and the resident for the 25/26 academic year.
‘New applicant’ means an applicant who has not previously stayed with Bailrigg Student Living during another previous academic year.
‘Bailrigg’, ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means Bailrigg Student Living.
Eligibility - To be eligible for the rebooker discount, you must:
Be a student.
Have been a Bailrigg Student Living tenant for at least 46 weeks in 24/25.
Have applied online through the Bailrigg Student Living website.
Have completed a right-to-rent check prior to moving into Bailrigg in September 2025.
The discount
Rebookers are entitled to £300 discount across their annual rent. This will be taken from the first instalment.
The offer is offered on a first come first served basis.
The offer is non-transferable, and no cash alternatives are available.
Alternate payment method requests cannot be facilitated.
Bailrigg Student Living reserve the right to amend or end the offer at any time.
The expiry date for this offer is 31st December 2024, or when the limit is reached.

Overall terms and conditions
The offer is subject to availability. Bailrigg Student Living reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the offer for another with different terms at any time during this promotion and without notice.
The offer only applies to Academic Stays which are 46 weeks and longer.
The offer will not apply to new students.
Bailrigg Student Living accepts no responsibility for bookings not successfully completed during the Entry Period due to a technical fault, technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind.
These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
This offer is open from 18th November 2024 until midnight on 31st December 2024 and is non-transferable.
